Megan Skoyen, DVM, cVSMT

Dr. Skoyen attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison for her undergraduate degree in Biology. She continued her education at UW - Madison Veterinary Medical School, where she graduated in 2022. She grew up in northwestern Wisconsin and currently resides locally.

Dr. Skoyen joined Sheboygan Animal Hospital in 2025. Previously she worked in private practice as a mixed animal veterinarian treating dogs, cats, and horses.

She is interested in both urgent and preventative care, and enjoys surgery and dental procedures for dogs and cats. She has a special interest in senior pet care, pain management and client education. Dr. Skoyen is also certified to perform veterinary spinal manipulative therapy (VSMT) from the Healing Oasis Wellness Center and the College of Animal Chiropractic.

Outside of work, Dr. Skoyen enjoys reading with her cat Brie and hiking with her black lab/pitbull mix Franklin. She also enjoys horseback trail riding with her husband and their horses Honey and Aspen.
